Photography and Media Notice
Registration for, attendance at, or participation in any IOA meeting, conference, expo, or related event constitutes the registrant’s consent, both at the time of the event and in the future, to the photography, video recording, audio recording, or other electronic reproduction of the event.

The registrant grants the Inflatable Operators Association (IOA) permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and share their name, image, likeness, voice, or appearance captured during the event for promotional, educational, marketing, advertising, or informational purposes in any media, without compensation.

Privacy Policy and Marketing Communications
Registration information, including the registrant’s name, address, email address, telephone number, and other contact information provided during registration, may be shared with participating exhibitors and event partners of the 2027 IOA Expo and Conference, including exhibitors or partners associated with promotional offers, redemption codes, or discounted conference access.

Registration information will not be shared with unaffiliated third parties that are not connected with the conference, event, or registration process.

By registering, I authorize IOA and participating exhibitors and event partners of the 2027 IOA Expo and Conference to use the information I provide for marketing and communications related to their products, services, promotions, or future events. Communications may be made by mail, email, telephone, or text message where permitted by applicable law.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent or opt out of future marketing communications at any time by following the applicable unsubscribe instructions or otherwise providing notice requesting removal from future communications.

Liability, Hold Harmless, and Indemnification
Exhibitors are required to display, demonstrate, and operate amusement attractions, equipment, products, and related activities in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, and recognized safety standards.

Any attendee who chooses or is permitted to participate in, interact with, enter, operate, ride, or otherwise engage with an amusement attraction, demonstration, product, or activity acknowledges and agrees that neither the Inflatable Operators Association (IOA), the event facility, venue owner or operator, nor their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents shall be liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, death, or other liabilities that may arise from participation in or presence at the event, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

The attendee agrees to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify IOA and the event facility, together with their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, from and against claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs arising out of or relating to the attendee’s participation in the event, including loss of personal property, property damage, personal injury, or death, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent a claim arises from the acts, omissions, negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of an exhibitor, its employees, representatives, agents, contractors, guests, or invitees, responsibility for such claim shall remain with the applicable exhibitor or responsible party.

Assumption of Risk and Release
Attendance at and participation in the 2027 IOA Expo and Conference may involve inherent and other risks associated with trade shows, amusement attractions, demonstrations, equipment, crowds, travel, physical activities, and related event activities.

By attending or participating in the event, the attendee knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with, resulting from, or arising in connection with their attendance, participation, or presence at the event, including, without limitation, risks of theft, loss of personal property, property damage, bodily injury, illness, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the attendee releases and discharges the Inflatable Operators Association (IOA), the event facility, venue owner or operator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and contractors from claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or relating to the attendee’s participation in or presence at the event.

The attendee further agrees not to bring or maintain a claim against any released party for risks, losses, damages, or liabilities covered by this release, except where such release or limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.
