By registering for or attending an IOA Regional Safety Conference, Manufacturer Meet-Up, or related training event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Registration is valid only for the individual(s) registered and may be subject to event-specific policies, schedules, venue requirements, and availability. IOA reserves the right to modify event programming, instructors, schedules, locations, or other event details as necessary.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, transportation, and other personal expenses unless specifically stated otherwise. Participation in demonstrations, training activities, or equipment-related sessions is voluntary, and attendees agree to follow all safety instructions provided by IOA, event hosts, instructors, manufacturers, and venue personnel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees accept responsibility for their own participation and agree that IOA, event hosts, sponsors, manufacturers, vendors, instructors, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for personal injury, property loss or damage, or other claims arising from attendance or participation, except where prohibited by law.

Media Release
By registering for or attending an IOA event, you grant the Inflatable Operators Association and its authorized partners permission to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, or participation during the event.

You authorize IOA to use such photos, video, audio, and other media for educational, promotional, marketing, social media, website, publication, and event-related purposes without compensation or additional approval.
